  • Within the United Kingdom: Free shipping on all orders.

  • No Hidden Fees: All costs are clearly stated at checkout.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Order Cutoff Time: 18:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London). 

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.


4. Delivery Time

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4-6 business days.

  • Shipping Days: Shipments take place from Monday to Friday.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions or logistical delays.

  • Total Delivery Time: Expect a total delivery time of 5-8 business days to receive your order.


5. Shipping Process

  • Reliable Couriers: We ship via DHL and FedEx

  • Insured Shipments: All shipments are insured. Contact our customer service for assistance in case of loss or damage during transport.

7. Missing Items

  • Reporting Missing Items: Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your package via support@dailyclo.com.

  • Resolution: We will investigate the issue and either send a replacement item or offer a refund.


8. Return Policy

  • Return Period: Returns must be reported and shipped within 30 days of receipt.

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email.

  • Refund Conditions: Refunds will be approved if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Defective or incorrectly delivered products will be reimbursed after inspection.

  • Refund Period: After approval, the refund will be processed within 10 business days through the original payment method.

  • Return Costs: Return shipping costs for all products are fully covered by Dailyclo. See section 7 in the return policy for exceptions.


9. Restocking Fee

  • No Restocking Fee: Dailyclo does not charge any fees for returns.


10. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Defective Products: No costs for the customer. This applies if the product is defective, damaged during transport, or incorrectly delivered.

  • For Customer Remorse (wrong order, does not fit, or not wanted): The actual cost of the return shipment will be covered by Dailyclo.
